Coordonné par Manuelle Franck (INALCO/HSTM) et Thierry Sanjuan (Université Paris I/PRODIG), ce réseau non institutionnalisé, qui fonctionne depuis 2007 comme une veille sur les questions urbaines en Asie orientale, regroupe une trentaine de chercheurs et enseignants-chercheurs de toute la France.
